Wine invokes freetype-config when searching for freetype
libs. While ia32*.deb has all the required objects, Wheezy lacks
a associated freetype-config script to point at them, thus
the error.
Solution is to build freetype yourself, ensuring that it's
freetype-config script precedes Debian's in PATH, or hack up the
one Wheezy provides to point at the 32-bit libs(yuck - at least
change it back afterward).
