If the two entries have different client-ids (The last field on each line) then this is a manifestation of the problem that different OS's generate different (or no) client-ids for the same machine. The FAQ has suggestions on how to solve this problem.
If the 10.0.0.7 and 10.0.0.14 lines have the _same_ client id, then that's a bug, and I would be very happy if you can find a way to reproduce it.
The client id are not the same : knoppix=*, gentoo=01:MAC.
So you can close this wrong bugreport.
