Hi again
I have looked at the CVS repository mentioned in this bug, and I'm sure that
this bug is the same as the bug I reported (#289803).
In the cvs log below you can see that revision 1.15 has the timestamp 18:01:40
and in the original bugreport the timestamp cvsps read was 17:01:40.
