The following lines can be found in both apache2.conf and
sites-available/default:
Alias /icons/ "/usr/share/apache2/icons/"
<Directory "/usr/share/apache2/icons">
Options Indexes MultiViews
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
It should be removed from sites-available/default as icons should be available
in all virtual hosts.
