Don't know why it's missing (it's also missing upstream, at least in that day's PPD bundle), but the HP-PSC_750xi-hpijs.ppd.gz file should work with your printer just as well--the se and xi suffixes are (were?) used by HP to designate different software bundles with the same hardware.
