This looks like a problem that was reported against X for some setup which use agp drivers . The first time after boot that X (or kdm) started the video driver was loaded and called it s agp counterpart. The loading took too long and X failed with a cannot find card. This looks like your problem.
Have you an agp enabled X configuration ? Usually those modules have agp in their name : lsmod |grep agp should tell. If so you can add a line in /etc/modules with your agp driver name (for example nvida nv_agp). Thus it will be loaded way before kdm/X start. Else please provide more information, like your X log. Hope it helped Alban -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
