Package: bzflag Version: 2.0.0.20050118 Severity: normal I don't know if this is really bzflag related or if this is a driver issue. But I don't have this errors with bzflag version 1 or other games like Quake2.
I know an Intel 845G is not a good choiche for gaming ;-). But it's not a so uncommon graphics hardware. There are large ground areas in front of the tank (mostly triangles) which are flickering. Instead of the ground texture black areas with white letters(?) are shown for fractions of a second. This mostly happens if I'm driving/looking towards a building or a gate. BTW: The new ground texture is much more restive compared to the old one. This is somewhat nerving and should be changed. Another minor graphic error is the presentation of the shots in the radar screen: On the Intel 845G these are big squares instead of (small) circles. Contrary to the above this problem also concerns bzflag version 1.
