Never claimed this particular bug was debian specific.  This one's right
about psi showing the fingerprint and having an 'always accept' option.

The other bug (#234941), about root-certs not being in /etc, is a
packaging bug I think.  Upstream may put it into /usr, but that's no
reason for not moving it to /etc, where it belongs.
