The webpage http://www.debian.org/ports/amd64/ mentions in paragraph three "Taking the ported source packages count, debian-amd64 is the most complete port after i386, see the Buildd stats." But looking at the picture linked, powerpc is more complete too, at least most of the time in the graph.
