Yes and no.  All may have a PMU but not all have /dev/pmu.  Take a
look at linux/drivers/macintosh/via-pmu.c, you only get /dev/pmu if
the kernel was built with CONFIG_PMAC_PBOOK.

(Just for fun I've made a patch sometime ago which made /dev/pmu
available for !CONFIG_PMAC_PBOOK.  The only thing that worked on my G5
was getting events from the power button.)
