Hmmm, as far as I know, there is no aclocal1.7 package

And there are no config.* files in that place. They are in
/usr/share/misc. The debian/rules script puts them in admin already
anyway.
I copied /usr/share/aclocal/wxwin.m4 in admin/

Doing just that gives:
