Unreproducible.

At which step does it happen?
Are you root?
Using which kernel version (uname -r)?

Building for which kernel version? 2.6.10? Your bugreport says you are
running a different one.

Does adding
-k /usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.10
(or so) help you?

Which version of ndivia-kernel-src?
Do
ls -lart ls -lart /var/cache/modass/nvidia*log*
and send me the most recent 
Does adding the -vt option "cure" the problem?
