I think this happened during the move operation of some repos to the archive. See: https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2019/03/msg00006.html i386, amd64, armhf, armel should have stayed on the regular repositories. But they have not been available for a couple of minutes but where available (or maybe restored?) again a little bit later. It's not possible to retroactively add jessie-updates to archive.debian.org at this point, but any packages it contained where in jessie in any case (rather by definition).
