security.d.o now has Contents files for all suites.

I'm not sure exactly when they were added, but my suspicion is that it
was a side effect of:

commit 5390eff0ba7a732269f040b0a4c4a3b9a0db2733
Date:   Sat Jan 12 12:40:03 2013 +0100

    First set of dinstall changes for backports merge

which moved from a hard-coded path to "all public archives".
