Due to #1124630, a no-change-rebuild against the proposed ejabberd update
will be needed for Trixie.
[ Impact ]
Without this, ejabberd-contrib in Trixie becomes unusable if ejabberd
24.12-3+deb13u1 is approved.

I have tested this on my own Trixie server running ejabberd,
it's the same change every time a new ejabberd package is uploaded,
e.g. with ejabberd-contrib 0.2025.01.11~dfsg0-3 currently in testing.
