Note the timestamp in changelog files is different, and the same timestamp is
correctly used in the manpage.

It looks like a prob with debian multiarch setup and bin-NMUs.

This is a re-occuring prob after dpkg has been switched to setting
SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH based on debian/changelog.$ARCH instead of the
usual debian/changelog as has been done before.

This is a dpkg issue, which only occurs with bin-NMUs.

Meanwhile, with the next upload of samba source, this problemm
has been fixed in samba, since the next upload overrode the
previous NMU, and things are consistent again.

Until the next bin-NMU, where we'll see the same issue again.

/mjt
