So i don't think this is a high priority, but it seems like it *should* work, and we should be able to generate the libgpg-error-l10n package OK. some possible options i've thought of (but haven't tested): a) have the arch-independent builds actually kick off the arch-dependent packages as well, just to populate the files b) install the l10n files from one of the mingw builds instead of the stock installation.
