I suspect you're falling afoul of the fact that, although I made the orig tarball reproducible, the first 10.3~svn300087 was uploaded many years ago and did not have any reproducibility, so *that* version cannot easily be reproduced and should instead just be fetched from the archive. This problem shouldn't exist going forward with 11.x stable releases (nor 12.x now...).
