Seems maybe the trigger to buildd.debian.org got stuck with rebooting all the machines for the glibc update. Working on it. Also I noticed the unstable upload to fix this (-8) fails due to testsuite regressions .. it seems the package got some unrelated[0] updates between -7 and -8 so not completely sure what caused this yet.
