Warsow was removed from Debian because it was unmaintained and RC buggy back then. https://bugs.debian.org/648317 Please read through https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/pkgs.html#reintroducing-pkgs http://mentors.debian.net/intro-maintainers if you want to reintroduce the package to Debian (and not only to kfreebsd).
