I had a look and the full build log says: ImportError: This platform lacks a functioning sem_open implementation, therefore, the required synchronization primitives needed will not function, see issue 3770. So it seems something in the Python support of kfreebsd-amd64 has changed and it might make sense to ask ftpmaster to remove this as well. I'd be happy if you would re-check and contact ftpmaster. If you want me to contact ftpmaster please tell me to do so.
