I suspect only the release team can do that.  I'm not sure that
Christoph can schedule a giveback for a package already 'built'.

BTW I was wondering if binary uploads of packages are a good idea or
necessary?  Historically I think they were a way to avoid unnecessary
work for the buildds, whereas the DD would already have built+tested
binary packages on at least one arch.  That's less relevant for us with
powerful buildds and the packages must build on many ports now anyway.

But it's sometimes awkward to not have a log from the build;  buildd
log checks or other QA can also not run in that case.  And occasionally
mistakes happen when someone's build environment differs from the buildds.
