Hello, it looks like libdatetime-perl can't be built at the moment because it B-D on libdatetime-format-strptime-perl which is Arch: all but can't be installed because it in turn Depends: on libdatetime-perl. It looks like libdatetime-perl can be built without the other one, some tests are just skipped. I guess a manual build is in order? (First build without the Build-Depends, then another one with both binary packages installed.)
