The onboard network interface card isn't seen by the recent kernel,
is it still disabled in the BIOS?

If it is disabled, enable it and rerun the installer,
preferably withOUT the RTL8139.

Please reword / rewrite your "Then it did the same as before"
in something that is more usefull at other places then your place,
tell what is expected and what is missing.
