You can look at the source of the cdebconf package [1]. Specific files for the GTK+ frontend are located in src/modules/frontend/gtk. The graphical installer itself uses the DirectFB port of the GTK+ toolkit. Most of the code is standard GTK+, as the port only differs slightly from the (common) X11 port. You can eventually elaborate what you are actually trying to achieve (and proofread your mail before sending it) if you need more help.
