From comments on IRC I understand that this was a debootstrap installation
from an existing Fedora Core system, not a D-I installation.
IMO this falls in the category "weird stuff that can happen during chroot
installs".
Anyway, this is not an installation guide issue, but a grub issue which
should IMO be fixed there. The installation guide does not pretend to
document everything that can happen during a chroot install; it just
documents the general procedure.
So it's a grub issue, not d-i?
Was it reported upstream then?
