Hi, I ran into the same problem a couple of days ago and had to use another filesystem. I do not have the installation syslog handy at the moment, but I can send it on later if desired. When the error occurred I glanced at VT4 and saw:
Mounting /dev/sda2 on /target/ failed Invalid argument Or something along those lines. There was nothing else that stood out, at least as far as I could tell.
