Package: debian-installer Version: svn-r51292 Severity: normal Hi,
according to the grub documentation [1][2] you should call update-grub with the full path (/usr/sbin/update-grub). But the installer creates a kernel-img.conf that calls it without path: postinst_hook = update-grub postrm_hook = update-grub Andreas [1] /usr/share/doc/grub/NEWS.Debian.gz [2] /usr/share/doc/grub/README.Debian.gz -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (300, 'unstable'), (130, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.24-1-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
