I have no legal background to back up what I mentioned. This is just a general feeling that we/you could not be entirely secure with that matter and I would actually be sorry if you had legal problems because of that, even if these are your problems. I'm also not completely convinced that the D-I devels, and thus Debian in general, would be entirely safe and secure. Finally, but that's more a personal point of view, I'm not sure that the hidden Microsoft bashing is the very best way to get our point...
