Because receiving only failures gets boring ;-) Well, seriously, because it gives us a better idea how well the installer is being used/tested over various architectures and successes help us determine if we are ready for release. Also, even if installs are successful people often have usability comments or suggestions which are valuable for us. Even if we cannot reply to every report, we do read almost all of them. Comments that are repeated by different people tend to stick and eventually get worked on. Cheers, FJP
