I have installed from the weekly build 20061110 (i386).
Create /usr/local/bob in installer: ls -l gives time as: Nov13 20:43 (which was the correct local time). [I chose UTC - NO] Reboot and check bios time - bios time is set to local time. Boot newly installed partition. Time is Nov13 9:25pm ls -l /usr/local/bob 2006-11-14 06:44 /usr/local/bob Still the same problem - how did those files get a mod time in the future when all the times I checked the current time was correct.
