Comments/Problems:

The kernel boots and intializes the creator 3d fb console correctly.
After the 'VFS: Mounted root ...' and the init version message I get an
endless series of 'Segmentation fault' messages. I guess the
/sbin/debian-installer program crashes and is respawned ad infinitum by init.

|
| Hi,
|
| Long ago, you reported that the Debian installer segfaulted early in
| the install process[0]. Have you had any chance to retry this with a
| more recent installer? Do you know if the bug still applies?
|
| Thanks,
| Justin

The bug submit was done september 2004.

Meanwhile we had (many :-) succesfull installs on Sun Ultra 10.

So I'm closing this BR now.

Cheers
