Package: debian-installer Severity: wishlist When asking the initial user password, it would be a good idea to check if the password is the same as the root password, and if it is, tell the user this may not be a good thing and ask if he is sure he wants to use the same password.
It could be checked at the first input, avoiding the user to type twice the password before being told it was bad, and if he indeed is sure he wants to use the same password, there's actually no need to ask him the second time.
