Oh, and something I forgot... I installed using the ssh interface on this ProLiant's iLO, a remote management controller. However, this interface only allows you to interact with text-mode consoles.
So, when the isolinux bootloader started, I couldn't see anything until I hit F1, which then took me to a text-mode isolinux menu with a boot prompt. I then had to boot with fb=false in order to continue the install in text mode.
