Looks fine. Feel free to upload with those names. This means that we can easily determine when to make the switch ourselves by setting the correct build dependencies. Hmm. Both the lib and -dev package probably still install the same files as the current gtk+2.0-directfb packages. So both would need to conflict with those. For the udeb a Conflicts: is not needed.
