The import things are the square brackets, they indicate a summary.
It says "previous were here several lines,
they contained a broken preseed/early_command "
Something else:
This conversation is on a mailinglist,
it is "one-sender-many-recievers-communication".
You can't assume that all recievers did follow the whole conversation,
they might even choose to skip the very first messages.
(e.g. search engine users directed to the list archive)
