lvmcfg: superflous menu options

Right now lvmcfg contains the option "Leave" in each menu which is 
superflous as there is also the "Go Back" button. I assume that there is 
a reason for the menu option (e.g. partconf support or something) as 
it has been around for so long.

So, why is the "Leave" option there, and can I safely remove it in the 
SVN repo?
