Speaking only for myself of course, I still have your message on my TODO list. However, it is a fairly hard question with no simple answers and both being at Debconf and having to waste lots of time on the issues with Sven have resulted in my not having been able to really sit down for it. The fact that we currently lack an active lead partman maintainer does not help of course.
