Hmm. In general that is bad for d-i. In this case though I think we are going to be OK for Beta2 as libsysfs1 is only used by pcmciautils currently and that is included in the initrds for most installation methods where it's relevant, so it looks like it should never need to be downloaded from the net. The only thing that might break is powerpc floppies, but those are broken anyway for Etch Beta 2.
