Comments/Problems:

Base Installation fails. Problem -- SUITE variable points to sid instead of etch.
Work around for installation: In /usr/lib/debootstrap/functions, replace $SUITE with etch.
Permanent solution : simlink on the cdrom /cdrom/dists/etch pointing to /cdrom/dists/sid
