There are a couple of things that you can actually help. :-)
We have the website, translation efforts, coding, QA, writing
documentation, reporting bugs, closing bugs... you have to find out
[1]how you can help.

You can also check other Debian webpages in the [2]devel
corner about how you could help the Debian Project.

BTW, debian-boot is not the best list to find out how you
can help, try use debian-mentors next time, unless you are planning
to help with the debian-installer. :o)
