Package: debian-installer Severity: important

I'm trying to install Debian Sarge on a machine with the following hardware: CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHz with HT technology Front Bus: 800MHz Memory Bus: 400MHz System Memory: 2 x 256MB DDR400 Motherboard: Intel S875WP1-E Features: Chipset: Intel 875P Serial ATA RAID Controller: Promise Technology SATA150TX4 4-Port Serial ATA RAID controller (PDC20319) configurable to RAID level 0, 1, or 10 Dual Network Connections: One Intel PRO/100 (82562ET) and one Intel PRO/1000 XT (82547EI) Graphics: ATI Rage XL SVGA PCI with 8MB Super I/O Controller: SMSC LPC47M172 Serial ATA: Two ports supporting RAID levels 0 and 1 Storage Devices: Two SATA SAMSUNG SP1213C IDE CD-ROM Floppy Disk
I'm using "sarge-i386-netinst.iso" downloaded the 15 december 2004. I have tryed almost all posibilities on boot command prompt, linux, expert, linux26 and expert26. All with the same result, I can install but even GRUB or LILO can't boot the system after reboot. GRUB says, GRUB Loading stage1.5.
GRUB loading, please wait...
and stays there;
and LILO says, LI 99 99 99 99 99 99 ...
Since in the installation process with expert or expert26 I get the following message while
detecting hardware.
******************************************************************* Unable to load some modules
Linux kernel modules needed to drive some of your hardware are not available yet. Simply proceeding with the install may make these modules available later.
The unavailable modules, and the devices that need them are: i810-tco (Intel corporation 82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R) LPC Bridge), ide-scsi (Linux IDE-SCSI emulation layer), ide-mod (Linux ide driver), ide-probe-mod (Linux ide probe driver), ide-detect (Linux ide detection), ide floppy (linux ide floppy). *******************************************************************
The message of debian-installer while installing GRUB is: "Installing GRUB on (hd0)..."
With a previous version of debian installer I was uanble to see the disks.
I wish that this information would be useful. Thanks
