Comments/Problems:
Using the mini.iso image retrieved from
http://people.debian.org/~jbailey/d-i/hppa/daily/2.6/ today, the system
failed to autodetect my NIC (tulip). This works reliably with the 2.4
image.
The system also locks up hard (LEDs on solid, can't switch VC, etc)
right after it partitions the disks (or perhaps just as the filesystems
are being written, it's difficult to tell). Again, this works reliably
with the 2.4-based install.
If the 'lspci' output is needed, please let me know as I'll have to
reinstall completely with the 2.4 disk to be able to get that.

- Work around de4x5 / tulip problem by using tulip if de4x5 is not
available, and blacklisting de4x5. So we can control which is used
on a per-arch or kernel basis by including the right one on the

- If above hack causes tulip to be used for the first stage, call
register-modules to make it be used on the installed system.
