There is a very nice workaround for this. If 'debian-installer/locale=C' is added in parmfile.debian, all problems in the current prebaseconfig of countrychooser will be avoided. I would suggest including in the Release Notes and D-I Manual for s390 the advice to have this line in parmfile.debian: ro debconf/priority=medium debian-installer/locale=C -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
