Hi Malte, I found a message in the debian mailing lists about a 4400/200:

The only thing I've been able to boot on mine is the hfs-only image from woody. My install goes ok, but when I reboot, I can't get this to boot for anything. Did you have any luck getting a system up on your 4400? Wade
