Ya, of course it's brave assumption :-)

But IMHO it's only way to support multi languages in one screen.
If serial console supports only English or local encoding, user should
choose English.

I've already uploaded new rootskel and succeeded to install with
"TeraTerm Pro + UTF-8 support" of Windows.
