Re-added. Funnily, it was still in languagelist.l10n. The consequence, however, of re-adding it will be users choosing it....and having the whole install process run in English because the se translations of Debian Installer are near zero percent.... But, as I guess this translation will really be used by Skolelinux/debian-edu, the purpose mentioned by Petter will then be filled.
