^^
it should be:
svn://svn.debian.org:3691/d-i/trunk d-i
and the anonymous command is either:
svn co svn://svn.debian.org:3691/d-i/trunk d-i
or
svn co svn://svn.debian.org:3691/d-i/trunk debian-installer
