Comments/Problems:

Whe installing a swedish system, an us keymap is selected by default for X11, but the
layout "se"
should be used.

The default locale didn't work. sv_SE ISO-8859-1 does.
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = (unset),
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LANG = "sv_SE.UTF-8"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

I just made a full base install with the sv_SE locale and no more
display problem or "invalid locale" messages appear.

Hence closing this bug.
