I'm not completely happy with such template. This too much relies on the long description being displayed *after* the short one, which may sound obvious currently but may change in the future. Such "confirmation" screens are indeed tricky and I'm not very happy with the one we have in netcfg for confirming network parameters also. I would rather see something like: _Description: Do you confirm the configured parameter?
